As a Founder Associate, you will spearhead strategic projects critical to 7Learnings' scalability and future growth. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that ensure operational excellence and foster seamless team collaboration across the organization. A key initial focus will be leading our US Expansion project, encompassing all facets from market entry strategy to establishing operational infrastructure. Your role will be pivotal in building a high-performing, mission-driven team capable of supporting our ambitious growth trajectory.

U.S. Expansion & Go-to-Market Leadership:
Drive 7Learnings’ expansion in the U.S. market, leading strategic initiatives and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to unlock scalable growth and establish a strong market presence.
Strategic Project Management:
Own and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with company priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
AI-Driven Operational Excellence:
Lead the identification and implementation of AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives while overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and resolving organizational bottlenecks to drive efficiency, scalability, and data-informed decision-making.
Market Research & Commercial Insights:
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform GTM strategies, pricing, and market positioning.
Executive Collaboration & Alignment:
Act as a strategic partner to the founders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution across teams and key company initiatives.
Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, foster a high-performance culture, and build a mission-driven organization.
Your profile
- Language: German & English C1
- Background in law (legal education or experience preferred)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable way of working in a fast-changing environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
- High emotional intelligence and leadership potential
- Willingness to take initiative and “roll up sleeves” for both high-level and hands-on tasks
